About Me

I am Sheena Tanna-Shah a personal performance coach and a NLP practitioner.

Sheena is qualified in BSc Optometry and Vision Science, Personal Performance Coach (Diploma) NLP Practitioner (Diploma)

I have a degree in optometry and Vision Sciences, and have been a practicing optometrist for over 6 years. Having gone through personal life changing experiences I became more interested in complimentary therapies. I knew I wanted something different from life but was afraid of the change and the risks it would involve, after all I had a secure job and a mortgage to pay was it worth chasing a dream? I began seeing a life coach who made me see my own life in a whole new light, from exploring limiting beliefs and realising my goals I stopped procrastinating and took control of my life.

 

I wanted the impact of coaching to reach others so I trained with the largest coaching academy in the UK to become a successful Personal Performance Coach, and took further training to become a NLP Practitioner.

I love helping others realise their dreams, I especially love it when people come to me saying ‘I have no idea what I want from life but I want something’. The world is your oyster and anything is possible.

I’m a firm believer that with the right support and motivation anyone can achieve their dreams.
